Return Policy

At Wax Wax, we offer exchanges or store credit for returned merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date, provided a valid invoice is presented. However, all returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. We do not offer price adjustments, and we do not accept returns for opened, used, empty containers/pots, special, or customized orders.

Used warmers can only be exchanged if there are manufacturing defects within one year. However, dents on wax warmers caused by mishandling are not considered manufacturing defects and will not be covered by the warranty. We are not responsible for damages caused to the product inside the boxes due to mishandling, blades, or sharp objects when opening the packages.


If your wax warmer is not working correctly, do not try to fix it yourself. Please contact us immediately.

Defective warmers returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund. Defective warmers returned after 30 days are only eligible for exchange for the same model of warmer. To be eligible for exchange or refund, warmers must be new, unopened, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale.

If you need to exchange your wax warmer due to a manufacturing defect, we will send you a prepaid return label, which must be used to ship back the damaged unit. Return labels are valid for 14 days only. We will inspect the unit several days after it is received in our warehouse to determine if it has a manufacturing defect. If it does, we will send you a new one. Please allow 30 days for us to receive your return and process your request. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

We do not offer prepaid return labels for returns by personal choice, such as ordering the wrong product or a different model. Customers are responsible for shipping, insurance, and handling charges for all returns. There are no returns on sales items, and all sales are final.

International duty fees are not included in orders, and customers must pay them. If you receive your box and notice broken or damaged items inside, place all the items back in the box in the same condition they arrived and contact us immediately to request a return label.

Please note that return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Wax Wax Corp. Also, if the item you are returning is not packed correctly and arrives damaged or opened, we will not be able to refund you. Our products are intended for licensed professionals in the beauty industry, and only returns or exchanges from licensed professionals are accepted.

To return your items, please call your local UPS to arrange the pickup or bring your package to your closest UPS store. Print the attached return label, affix it to your box, and make sure to pack your returned items in a box with packaging materials to protect them. Place the box inside another box before shipping to avoid rejection for improper packaging. Each return label can be used only once for each return and for one parcel only.
