Hard wax cracks, why is that?
When hard waxes are removed incorrectly, they can break. Generally, this is due to two factors. Either the esthetician applied the wax in layers that were too thin or the wax was left on for too long. We recommend applying a thick layer of wax to your skin while using our waxing supplies in order to avoid complications. Create a lip at the end of the wax so that it can be removed with a groove. Depending on the density of your wax, you may be able to remove it easily. Please note that any wax that is still wet after 45 seconds should be allowed to dry for another 30 seconds.
When wax is applied, the hairs don't come out. Why?
When waxing, it is very important to master the process and understand proper waxing techniques. Fundamental mistakes can result in hairs being left behind during melting, applying, and removing the wax. While waxing, ensure that the warmer temperature is at its maximum setting until the wax reaches a point where it is low viscosity to prevent leaving hair behind. It is critical to lower the warmer once the wax is melted and is at a point of low viscosity. Once the wax is at a high viscosity point or a syrup-like consistency, wait 20 minutes before applying a thick layer of wax. We recommend applying a thick layer of wax to the skin once the wax has reached a high viscosity point. Create a lip at the end of the strip for grip so that the wax can be removed. It is critical that the wax is dense enough to be removed. The wax should rest on the skin for no more than 45 seconds. After 45 seconds, you should allow an additional 30 seconds for the wax to dry.
Why does hard wax have such a high degree of flexibility?
We must master the waxing process. We can make fundamental mistakes if we use the wrong temperature setting during the melting process with our waxing supplies. You should turn up your warming unit’s temperature notch until you reach a syrup-like consistency if the wax consistency is too flexible after the wax has rested.
What is the recommended melting time for wax?
In this case, your answer depends on the waxing supplies you are using. The soft waxes will melt at a much faster temperature than the hard waxes. If you’re using a professional salon warmer, we recommend letting your soft wax sit for 15-20 minutes at the highest temperature. We recommend letting our hard waxes sit for 20-30 minutes at the highest temperature. You must lower your warmer’s temperature to a low mid-level setting once your wax has reached a low viscosity point. Continue to wait 15-20 minutes until your wax reaches a syrup-like consistency.
Is the microwave or stove safe to use?

Would it be possible for me to mix your hair removal wax?
Despite the fact that mixing our wax is possible, we do not recommend mixing any of our waxes due to the different ingredients that make up each formula. Therefore, although it is possible, we do not recommend combining any of our waxes.
My warmer needs to be cleaned. How can I do that?
In the future, we recommend that you don’t melt wax directly in the warming unit. For your warming unit, we recommend that you use a wax tin. When your wax residue reaches a low viscosity point, use a sponge to scrape off as much wax as possible. If you’ve already committed this mistake, please set the warmer to the highest temperature you can. Once you have removed any stubborn residue left in your warmer, use a product like “Goo Gone” to clean it.
